Welcome to my blog!
I started this blog for several reasons: 1) I thought my kids would enjoy it &
2)I thought it would be a fun way for them to learn how to cook.
My oldest daughter, Emma (9) is the first to cook. She is making meatballs. She
started off with about 2 pounds of ground moose (we live in Alaska).

She then lined a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

She added 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1 egg to the ground moose.

Next, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 TBSP Basil, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
and 1 TSP Black Pepper.

She mixed it up with her hands. ( I love watching her get messy instead of me.)
